Application
The applicant must be a graduate
of an accredited High School and have completed one semester
in one of the accredited degree programs.
The application form must
be completed with:
Two letters of reference,
one current instructor evaluation, a high school transcript
and college transcript OR
Three current instructor
evaluations, high school and colleges transcripts.
Applications must be filed
prior to April 1 to be considered for the current year’s
scholarship.Scholarship recipients
will be determined at the spring meeting of the Board of Directors
of the Maine/New Hampshire State Society of the American Medical
Technologists. The scholarship will be awarded by June 1.
All applications and supporting
information become the property of the Maine/New Hampshire
State Society of the American Medical Technologists.
